Jeff Huddleston has been helping small businesses reach their full potential since 2007. He has helped a variety of small businesses such as: CPA's, adult habilitation services, IT firms, security providers, carpet cleaners, technology companies, roofers, power sweepers, HVAC contractors, chiropractors, massage therapists, business coaches, painters, printers, graphic artists, insurance agents, photographers, fitness centers, and many others.

Currently, Jeff is a member of the Piqua Chamber of Commerce, Education Coordinator of the Rapid Referral BNI networking group, an Adjunct Professor at Edison State Community College, and a Director Consultant for BNI Miami Valley.

Academically, your coach has a MBA from the University of Phoenix, a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton, and an AAS in Technology from Edison State Community College. Jeff also has a SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resource) certification - the highest level of certification in HR.

Jeff's previous experience includes over 17 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Years of experience in engineering departments has enabled Jeff Huddleston to develop a general knowledge base of manufacturing equipment, processes, challenges, and needs. Jeff, has been instrumental in designing and engineering several unique designs and has several patents in his name.

He has also worked on the front portion of businesses. His involvement in QC, marketing, sales, and other leadership positions in companies has provided him with the skills needed to assist small businesses in strategic development and implementation. The combination of engineering and business skills provides a unique strategic viewpoint to help small businesses.
